About Me
I was never truly comfortable in a studio class and did not enjoy the fast pace of most flow classes. And so, I dabbled in yoga for many decades, never really finding a good fit for myself. It wasn’t until later in life that I found teachers who showed me the truly accessible world of yoga allowing me to develop a regular relationship with yoga. That relationship has made my life more balanced, calmer, and happier.
For many years I worked in corporate and law offices which eventually was not a healthy place for me to be. I then transitioned to working as a preschool teacher and teaching artist. This brought much happiness to my work life, but it wasn’t until I began teaching yoga that I found my true purpose and joy.
My mission is to help people of all ages thrive through physical, mindful, and artistic endeavors. Together we can cultivate your self-care, support your physical and mental well-being, and nurture your sense of wonder.
